These Terms govern your use of the Treels website and, when available, the Treels TikTok mini program.

1. The service Treels offers short-form vertical dramas. Some episodes are free; others may require watching ads or a Premium subscription. Features may change as we launch and iterate.

2. Eligibility You must meet TikTok’s eligibility rules and the legal age in your region to use Treels.

3. Accounts & purchases Access may rely on your TikTok account. Premium purchases are processed inside TikTok according to platform rules. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or platform policy.

4. Content & conduct You may not scrape, redistribute, or misuse our content or attempt to break access controls. We may suspend access for abuse or legal risk.

5. Intellectual property Shows, branding, and site materials belong to Treels or our licensors.

6. Disclaimers The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of uninterrupted or error-free service.

7. Limitation of liability To the fullest extent allowed by law, Treels is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or mini program.

8. Changes We may update these Terms; continued use after posting means you accept the updated Terms.
